All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
02Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or communicating with us.
03Appointments & Bookings
Styling sessions and consultations must be booked in advance. Appointment confirmations will be shared through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances.
04Payments
All fees must be paid as communicated at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delayed or failed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services. House of Shivani reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
05Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling within the permitted timeline communicated during booking. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed at the sole discretion of House of Shivani. No refund will be provided for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
06Client Responsibilities
- Styling recommendations are subjective and based on professional fashion expertise
- Final purchasing decisions remain solely your responsibility
- You will provide accurate preferences, measurements, and relevant information
- House of Shivani is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from third-party products or vendors
07Intellectual Property
All content including logos, brand name, styling materials, images, videos, designs, social media content, and written content are the intellectual property of House of Shivani and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
08Social Media & Portfolio Usage
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, House of Shivani may use non-confidential photographs, styling work, testimonials, or client feedback for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes. Clients may request removal of specific content by contacting us.
09Limitation of Liability
House of Shivani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, third-party product quality or delivery issues, or fashion outcomes based on personal interpretation. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
10Privacy
Any personal information shared with us will be handled responsibly and used only for service-related communication, marketing (where consent is provided), and operational purposes. We do not sell or unlawfully share client data with third parties.
11Prohibited Use
- Misuse our services or content
- Impersonate another person
- Use our brand identity without permission
- Engage in abusive, defamatory, or unlawful conduct
We reserve the right to terminate services for any misuse.
